NOTICE OF DAGANG NET SERVICE DISRUPTION

Please be informed that there will be disruptions to Dagang Net’s services from Saturday, 10th July 2021 (1800hrs until 2100hrs) to facilitate a preventive maintenance exercise.

Cyberjaya, 1 July 2021 – Dagang NeXchange Berhad (“DNeX”) has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd (“Dagang Net”) has been appraised at Maturity Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)® Version 2.0 namely for the company’s Technology and Human Resource functions.

Cyberjaya, 30 June 2021 – Dagang NeXchange Berhad (“DNeX”) has completed the acquisition of an additional 60 per cent stake in Ping Petroleum Limited (“Ping”), expanding its holdings to 90 per cent. This makes Ping a subsidiary of DNeX Energy Sdn Bhd (“DNeX Energy”), a wholly owned subsidiary of DNeX. Ping is an upstream oil and gas (“O&G”) company, with a balanced portfolio of producing and developing O&G assets in the Anasuria Cluster located in North Sea, United Kingdom.

Cyberjaya, 24 June 2021 – Dagang NeXchange Berhad (“DNeX”) has signed a memorandum of understanding (“MoU”) with Universiti Teknologi MARA (“UiTM”) for collaboration in the development and application of the latest technologies.

Cyberjaya, 23 June 2021 – Dagang NeXchange Berhad (“DNeX”) concluded its Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) today, which saw it receiving shareholders’ approval for the proposed acquisition of 60 per cent equity interest in SilTerra Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“SilTerra”) from Khazanah Nasional Berhad for a purchase consideration of RM163.8 million to be satisfied entirely by cash. SilTerra manufactures semiconductor wafers that are supplied to multinational fabless and integrated device manufacturer companies.

Cyberjaya, 22 June 2021 – Dagang NeXchange Berhad (“DNeX”) has announced the appointment of Dr Bob Wei-Ming Chen and Dato’ Robert Fisher to its board of directors effective 22 June 2021. Dr Bob Wei-Ming will serve as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director while Dato’ Robert Fisher will serve as Independent Non-Executive Director of DNeX.

Cyberjaya, 18 June 2021 – Dagang NeXchange Berhad (“DNeX”) has received approval from shareholders after its Extraordinary General Meeting today for the company’s proposed acquisition of an additional 60 per cent stake in Ping Petroleum Limited (“Ping”) not owned by DNeX for USD78.0 million (RM314.3 million). Upon completion of the exercise, DNeX will own 90 per cent of Ping.

With ePayment, users can now prepare, submit and settle payments with online convenience. As the eService continues to operate beyond banking hours, payment processes can happen anytime, anywhere and with full support from the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD).

Cyberjaya, 14 June 2021 – Dagang NeXchange Berhad (“DNeX”) has announced that Foxconn Singapore Pte Ltd (“Foxconn”), a subsidiary of Hon Hai Precision Industry Co Ltd, has emerged as a substantial shareholder of DNeX with a 5.03 per cent stake.
