NOTIFICATION OF SERVICE RESUMPTION

We are pleased to inform you that the ePermit system is now fully accessible. The issue that caused intermittent access has been successfully resolved, and you may now use the system without further disruption.

Please be informed that we are currently experiencing intermittent system inaccessibility. As such, you may encounter difficulties accessing the ePermit. Our team is actively working to resolve the issue.

Please be informed that the Building Services (Ancillary) Engineering Division will be conducting a Genset On-Load Test at the FCZ Building, KLIA, on Sunday, 12th January 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During this period, there will be no normal power supply for a duration of 1 hour. However, the essential power supply will be available within 10 seconds.

Please be informed that the revised tariff rates under the ASEAN-China Free Trade Agreement (ACFTA), based on the HS Code 2022 structure, came into effect on 1st January 2025.

Under this partnership, DNeX and CONEX will jointly develop a new service expected to be available by March 2025. This service will enable Malaysian exporters to submit electronically the necessary ICS2 information directly to the central EU system for risk assessment, simplifying the process and ensuring their compliance.
