NOTIFICATION: ePCO BUG FIX DEPLOYMENT

Please be informed that a bug fix deployment will be carried out on the ePCO system today, September 10, 2024, from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM. Users are expected to experience minimal to no downtime during this period. We recommend that users to log out, clear browser cache, and re-login once the deployment has been completed.

Please be advised that the Building Services – Ancillary Building Engineering Division will be conducting a Genset ON Load Test at the FCZ Building, KLIA, on Sunday, 8th September 2024, from 1000 hours to 1700 hours. During this period, there will be no normal power supply for a duration of 1 hour. However, essential power supply will be available within 10 seconds.

We are pleased to inform you that the scheduled maintenance activities have been successfully completed. The system is now fully operational, and you may proceed with submitting your declaration and retrieving your responses electronically.

Cyberjaya, 28 August 2024 – Dagang NeXchange Berhad’s (“DNeX”), through wholly-owned subsidiary company Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd, has received a contract extension from the Government of Malaysia for the National Single Window (“NSW”) for Trade Facilitation.

Please be advised that Dagang Net’s services will experience a disruption from 8:00 PM on Saturday, 31st August 2024, until 2:00 AM on Sunday, 1st September 2024, due to a scheduled preventive maintenance exercise.
