We are pleased to inform you that the Malaysia Exchange Hub (MEH) system issue affecting the display of e-Form D from ASEAN countries has been resolved. The system is now fully operational, and e-Form D can be viewed and processed as usual.

Please be informed that the Malaysia Exchange Hub (MEH) system is currently experiencing technical issues. As a result, the system is unable to display e-Form D sent to Malaysia from ASEAN countries starting from 8 August 2025 until further notice.

RESUMPTION OF SERVICE – EPERMIT MAQIS

We are pleased to inform you that the earlier technical issues affecting ePermit (MAQIS) have been resolved. You may now receive approvals and responses as normal.
