NOTIFICATION : SCHEDULE DOWNTIME FOR MALAYSIA’S ASEAN SINGLE WINDOW (ASW) GATEWAY

This is to inform that there will be deployment activity taking place in ASW environment which will result to ASW Gateway being temporarily down on 21st October 2020 (Wednesday) at 12.01 am to 11.59 pm

RESUMPTION OF SERVICE: ON MALAYSIA’S ASEAN SINGLE WINDOW (ASW) GATEWAY

Please be informed that Malaysia’s ASW gateway issues have been resolved by ASEAN Single Window (ASW) Gateway Operator.

Please be informed that Malaysia’s ASW gateway is currently experiencing some issues, and currently in the process to be resolved by the Gateway Operator.

Following the Conditional Movement Control Order (Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Bersyarat) in Selangor, Putrajaya and Kuala Lumpur from 14 October to 27 October 2020, we would like to assure customers that our services for the National Single Window for Trade Facilitation and related services will operate as usual.

NOTIFICATION : IMPLEMENTATION OF RUBBER INDUSTRY SMALLHOLDERS DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (RISDA) ORDER (CESS) 2020 FOR RUBBER EXPORTATION

This is to inform that Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority (RISDA) under the Ministry of Rural Development has gazetted RISDA CESS Order 2020 as in P.U. (A) 232 effective 1 October 2020.

This is to inform that effective from 1st October 2020 (Thursday), exporters will be allowed to utilise the arrangement of Third-Party Invoicing (TPI) under Malaysia-New Zealand Free Trade Agreement (MNZFTA).

Please be informed that as requested by Payments Network Malaysia Sdn Bhd (PayNet), FPX services are schedule to be temporarily unavailable on 3 October 2020 (Saturday) at 12:00am to 2:00am (2 hours).

NOTIFICATION : GO-LIVE IMPLEMENTATION OF MAQISPAY MODULE AT ALL ENTRY AND MAQIS QUARANTINE STATIONS

This is to inform that MAQIS is ready to implement the online payment for inspection charges and quarantine space booking by users. This new payment procedure will use the MAQISPay platform which is one of the modules in the MAQIS Integrated Information System (iMAQIS).
