We are pleased to announce Dagang Net’s new promotional packages effective 1 January 2021 to assist you in reducing costs associated with trade processes while helping you stay competitive and sustainable amidst challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic.

This is also part of our efforts to reward you for your loyalty over the years along with our commitment to bringing value to your business through our services.

Beginning January 2021, existing customers with mailbox can benefit from a waiver of mailbox fee for three months, and worth RM270 per mailbox.

ePermit users on the other hand can opt for eValue Plan which allows customers to waive existing RM200 annual subscription fee. Under the eValue Plan, customers are charged only a flat fee of RM8 comprising RM5 approved permit fee and RM3 administration charges fee for each transaction. Similar eValue Plan also had been introduced for ePCO users.

Below is a summary of our new promotional packages :

1. waiver of RM200 annual subscription fee
2. flat fee of RM8 per transaction (comprises RM5 approved permit fee and RM3 administration charges fee)

Note: Customers can choose eValue Plan or choose to stay with Normal Plan comprising RM200 annual subscription fee and RM5 per successful permit

From Jan 2021 No outstanding payment for the past 3 consecutive months from the date of waiver application

 

During this period, Malaysia will not be able to send and receive ATIGA e-Form Ds and its related responses. Normal operation of the gateway shall resume once the deployment activity completed.
