Please to inform, effective from 1st June 2021 until 14th June 2021, the operation hours for counter service of MITI HQ and MITI branches are as follows:

Please be informed that due high volume of transactions received by Royal Malaysian Customs Department( RMCD), had caused slowness in processing.
RMCD solution partner is currently resolving the matter.

UPDATES: NOTIFICATION OF DELAYED RESPONSES FOR CUSTOMS DECLARATION, MANIFEST, PERMIT AND MYPAYMENT – NATIONWIDE

Due to unresolved technical problem for the submission of Manifest, Permit, Payment and Customs declarations nationwide all customers are advised to continue to revert to manual SOP for all urgent submissions until further notice.

DAGANG NET OPERATIONAL UPDATES ON MOVEMENT CONTROL ORDER / TOTAL LOCKDOWN BY THE GOVERNMENT OF MALAYSIA, EFFECTIVE FROM 1st JUNE 2021– 14th JUNE 2021

Due to the announcement by the government of Malaysia on Wednesday 28 May 2021 on the nationwide 14-day Movement Control Order / Total Lockdown from 1st June 2021 – 14th June 2021, the management of Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd (Dagang Net) has decided on the following measures to take place during the said period:

NOTIFICATION : ON EXTENSION OF TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF MITI MALACCA SERVICE COUNTER FROM 31 MAY 2021 UNTIL 2 JUNE 2021

MITI Malacca Service Counter will be closed from 31st May 2021 (Monday) until 2nd June 2021 (Wednesday).

NOTIFICATION : ON TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF MITI MALACCA SERVICE COUNTER FROM 27 MAY UNTIL 28 MAY 2021

MITI Malacca Service Counter will be closed from 27th May 2021 (Thursday) until 28th May 2021 (Friday).

NOTIFICATION : IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW LOCATION CODE / UNIT OF MEASUREMENT (UOM) / PACKAGE TYPE FOR ATIGA E-FORM D IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DEPLOYMENT OF THE NEW MESSAGE IMPLEMENTATION GUIDE (MIG) VERSION 0.15.3 AND ITS RELATED XSD

This is to inform that the ASEAN Single Window (ASW) new MIG version 0.15.3 and its related XSD was successfully deployed in the ePCO system effective on 17 May 2021.
