Due to suspected technical problem at Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD), all affected customers please be informed of the following:
All affected customers nationwide, please revert to manual submission for urgent K3/K8/declarations & permit from 18 August 2021 (16:30hours until further notice).
All affected customers submitting to stations at KLIA, FTKL, Pahang, Terengganu & Kelantan please revert to manual submission for urgent K1/K2/K3/K8/K9/Manifest/Permit and Payment from 18 August 2021 (16:30hours until further notice).
