Please be informed that technical issue has been rectified and all affected customers may now submit electronic submission.

Due to suspected technical problem, all affected customers please be informed of the following:

All affected Port Klang, Perak, Penang, Kedah & Perlis customers submitting K1/K2/K9/Manifest and Payment, please anticipate delayed responses.

For urgent declarations please revert to manual submission from 31 December 2021 (16:00hours until further notice).

This is to inform that the system maintenance activity scheduled between 2nd to 3rd December 2021 has completed and resumed its operations at 12.04PM on 3rd December 2021.

Please be informed that Building Services – Ancillary Building Engineering Division will be carrying out the Genset ON Load Test at FCZ Building, KLIA from Sunday, 19 December 2021 (1000hrs until 1700hrs). No Normal Supply within 1 hour and Essential Power Supply will be available after 10 seconds.

Please be informed that Myanmar have successfully rectified the technical issues, and ASEAN Member States (AMS) may now resume the exchange of the ATIGA e-Form D to/or from Myanmar (for port of Yangon and Thilawa).

Reference is made to the above subject, to inform on the new deployment for MAQIS DVS & SPB and iMAQIS.

The deployment of the above will be as per the following schedule (4th December 2021, Saturday)

Please be informed that Myanmar is currently facing technical difficulties in implementing technical and security upgrades in ASEAN Single Window (ASW) Gateway, which caused Myanmar could not exchange ATIGA e-Form D to/or from ASEAN Member State (AMS). As a result, ATIGA Form D transmitted electronically to Myanmar could not be exchanged and will remain at exporting country’s gateway.
