In anticipation of the forthcoming 2025 Eid Al-Fitr celebration, kindly be advised that the processing time for the ePermit STA system may be longer than usual. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience during this period.

Please be informed that the intermittent technical issues affecting the National Single Window (NSW) system, as previously communicated, remain unresolved. Users may still experience disruptions or delays in accessing the following services:

In conjunction with the 2025 Eid Al-Fitr celebration, the ePCO and ePERMIT systems will be temporarily closed and will reopen for operation according to the schedule below:

Date of the Eid Al-Fitr*: 31st March 2025 (Monday) – 1st April 2025 (Tuesday)
MITI’S Office: Kuala Lumpur, Perak, Pulau Pinang, Johor, Pahang, Kelantan, Melaka, Sabah and Sarawak
Date and Time of the System Closure: 29th March 2025 (Saturday) from 12.00 am until 3rd April 2025 (Thursday) 7.59 am
Date and Time of the System Resume Operation: 3rd April 2025 (Thursday) at 8.00 am
