IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE & LOGIN SECURITY ENHANCEMENT FOR iMAQIS AND AFR

Please be informed that, as part of our ongoing commitment to safeguarding your accounts and transactions, Dagang Net will be implementing enhanced login security measures for iMAQIS and Advance Filing Rules (AFR).

SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE

• Date: Saturday, 14 November 2026
• Time: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Affected services: iMAQIS and AFR

Both services will be unavailable during this window. Please plan your submissions accordingly.

WHAT WILL CHANGE AT YOUR NEXT LOGIN

1. Security Update Notification – a pop-up will appear on the login page. Please read it, then close it.
2. One-time password change – you may be asked to change your password before you can continue. This is required only once.
3. You may be asked to change your password to stronger password. Your new password must have:
   – at least 12 characters
   – Using combination of letters in lowercase (a–z) and uppercase (A-Z) and numbers (0–9)
   – At least one special character, e.g. @ ! ( ) * _
4. Account lockout – the account will be locked after 6 wrong login attempts.
5. Inactive-account alerts – you will receive an email if your account has not been used for some time.

TIPS

• Keep your User ID private and do not share your password.
• If a page looks odd after the update, clear your browser cache and sign in again.
