Please be noted that any transit activities are subject to the directive from the Director General of MAQIS, under the Malaysian Quarantine and Inspection Services Act 2011 (Act 728) and Regulations. Thus, company / agent must apply in writing to the Director General of MAQIS for approval before transit activities can be carried out.
