Shareholders approve DNeX’s plan to increase its stake in Ping to 90 per cent, enabling expansion in upstream O&G

Cyberjaya, 18 June 2021 – Dagang NeXchange Berhad (“DNeX”) has received approval from shareholders after its Extraordinary General Meeting today for the company’s proposed acquisition of an additional 60 per cent stake in Ping Petroleum Limited (“Ping”) not owned by DNeX for USD78.0 million (RM314.3 million). Upon completion of the exercise, DNeX will own 90 per cent of Ping.

Foxconn emerges as new substantial shareholder of DNeX

Cyberjaya, 14 June 2021 – Dagang NeXchange Berhad (“DNeX”) has announced that Foxconn Singapore Pte Ltd (“Foxconn”), a subsidiary of Hon Hai Precision Industry Co Ltd, has emerged as a substantial shareholder of DNeX with a 5.03 per cent stake.

NOTIFICATION – INTERUPTION OF POWER SUPPLY DUE TO GENSET ON LOAD TEST AT FCZ BUILDING, KLIA

Please be informed that Building Services – Ancillary Building Engineering Division will be carrying out the Genset ON Load Test at FCZ Building, KLIA from Sunday, 13 June 2021 (1000hrs until 1700hrs). No Normal Supply within 1 hour and Essential Power Supply will be available after 10 seconds.

NOTIFICATION : SCHEDULE DOWNTIME FOR iMAQIS SYSTEM

This is to inform that there will be a new deployment activity for iMAQIS system. The deployment will take about one and half (1.5) hours of schedule downtime, therefore iMAQIS System https://imaqis.maqis.gov.my/ will not be available from : Tuesday, 15th June 2021 (12.00 hours to 13:30 hours).
