Please be informed, with reference to the attached circular and our previous announcement regarding the system downtime that began on 1 April 2026, that Malaysia’s ASW Gateway for sending and receiving electronic Form D (e-Form D) under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) has resumed normal operations as of 6 April 2026.

Please be informed that the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (Information Technology Division) will be carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance activities as detailed below:

Please be informed that Malaysia is currently experiencing a technical disruption at the ASEAN Single Window (ASW) Gateway since 1 April 2026, caused by issues affecting the production environment. As a result, the transmission and receipt of electronic Form D (e-Form D) under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) with ASEAN Member States are temporarily unavailable.

Please be informed that the National Single Window (NSW) and its related services will be temporarily unavailable from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Saturday, 11 April 2026, due to a scheduled maintenance activity.

Date and Time of The System Closure: 19 March 2026 (Thursday) from 12.00 am until 25 March 2026 (Wednesday) 7.59 am
Date and Time of The System Resume Operation: 25 March 2026 (Wednesday) at 8.00 am

Please be informed that under the Second Protocol of the ASEAN–Australia–New Zealand Free Trade Agreement (AANZFTA), exporters are now allowed to print the Certificate of Origin (CO) directly from the ePCO system using A4-sized white paper.

Please be informed that the previously announced system downtime for the Malaysia Maritime Single Window (MMSW) has been revised. Kindly refer to the updated schedule below.
