NOTIFICATION OF ASW GATEWAY DOWNTIME IMPACTING APPLICATIONS OF PREFERENTIAL CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN (PCO) UNDER ASEAN TRADE IN GOODS AGREEMENT (ATIGA) TO ASEAN MEMBER STATES

Please be informed that Malaysia has been experiencing a technical disruption at the ASEAN Single Window (ASW) Gateway due to B2Bi service issues in the production environment since 14 January 2026.

SYSTEM DOWNTIME NOTIFICATION: NEW EPERMIT SYSTEM

Please be informed that maintenance activities will be carried out for the New ePermit system.
The details are as follows:

Date: 24th January 2026 (Saturday)
Time: 1500 hours – 1800 hours (3.00 pm – 6.00 pm)
Duration: 3 Hours
Affected link: https://newepermit.dagangnet.com.my .This link will not be accessible during the downtime.

DNeX appeals High Court’s decision on Dagang Net

Cyberjaya, 9 December 2025 – Dagang NeXchange Berhad (“DNeX”), in consultation with its external legal counsel, has filed an appeal to the Court of Appeal against the High Court decision handed down on 5 December 2025 on its wholly-owned subsidiary Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd (“Dagang Net”).

NOTIFICATION: INTERUPTION OF POWER SUPPLY DUE TO GENSET ON LOAD TEST AT FCZ BUILDING, KLIA

Please be informed that the Building Services (Ancillary) Engineering Division will be conducting a Genset On-Load Test at the FCZ Building, KLIA, on Sunday, 7th December 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During this period, there will be no normal power supply for a duration of 1 hour. However, the essential power supply will be available within 10 seconds.

NOTIFICATION OF SERVICE DISRUPTION

Please be informed that the National Single Window (NSW) and its related services will be temporarily unavailable from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Saturday, 6 December 2025, due to a scheduled database maintenance activity.

Please be informed that Dagang Net Technologies Sdn. Bhd. will be carrying out a deployment activity for MMSW enhancements.

NOTIFICATION ON REVOCATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER FOR TIMBER INDUSTRY LICENCE ISSUANCE (STIL)

Please be informed that the Sarawak Timber Industry (Licensing) Regulations, 2025 came into effect on 3rd March 2025. With the enforcement of these Regulations, all matters pertaining to the issuance and renewal of timber industry licences are now governed under the new regulatory framework.

NOTIFICATION OF SERVICE DISRUPTION

Please be informed that the National Single Window (NSW) and its related services will be temporarily unavailable from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Saturday, 8 November 2025, due to a scheduled telecommunication infrastructure maintenance activity.
