NOTIFICATION OF SYSTEM DOWNTIME FOR APPLICATIONS OF PREFERENTIAL CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN (PCO) UNDER ASEAN TRADE IN GOODS AGREEMENT (ATIGA) TO ASEAN MEMBER STATES DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUE IN MALAYSIA’S ASW GATEWAY

Please be informed that Malaysia is currently experiencing a technical disruption at the ASEAN Single Window (ASW) Gateway since 1 April 2026, caused by issues affecting the production environment. As a result, the transmission and receipt of electronic Form D (e-Form D) under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) with ASEAN Member States are temporarily unavailable.

NOTIFICATION OF SERVICE DISRUPTION

Please be informed that the National Single Window (NSW) and its related services will be temporarily unavailable from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Saturday, 11 April 2026, due to a scheduled maintenance activity.

ANNOUNCEMENT: TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF MITI ePCO AND ePERMIT SYSTEM DURING EID Al-FITR 2026

In conjunction with the 2026 Eid Al-Fitr celebration, the ePCO and ePERMIT systems will be temporarily closed and will resume operations according to the schedule below:

Date of the Eid Al-Fitr: 21 March 2026 (Saturday) – 23 March 2026 (Monday)
MITI’s Office: Kuala Lumpur, Perak, Pulau Pinang, Johor, Pahang, Kelantan, Melaka, Sabah and Sarawak
Date and Time of The System Closure: 19 March 2026 (Thursday) from 12.00 am until 25 March 2026 (Wednesday) 7.59 am
Date and Time of The System Resume Operation: 25 March 2026 (Wednesday) at 8.00 am

NOTIFICATION: IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN UNDER AANZFTA SECOND PROTOCOL

Please be informed that under the Second Protocol of the ASEAN–Australia–New Zealand Free Trade Agreement (AANZFTA), exporters are now allowed to print the Certificate of Origin (CO) directly from the ePCO system using A4-sized white paper.

REVISED NOTIFICATION OF SYSTEM DOWNTIME: MALAYSIA MARITIME SINGLE WINDOW (MMSW)

Please be informed that the previously announced system downtime for the Malaysia Maritime Single Window (MMSW) has been revised. Kindly refer to the updated schedule below.

DNeX reshapes portfolio for growth, underlying losses narrow sharply in FY2025

Cyberjaya, 27 February 2026 – Dagang NeXchange Berhad (“DNeX” or “the Group”) today announced its financial results for the full year ended 31 December 2025 (“FY2025”), marking a pivotal year of strategic consolidation. While the Group reported a headline Loss Before Tax (“LBT”) of RM479.4 million, the result was largely driven by a one-off, non-cash impairment of RM429.5 million. This strategic reset strengthens and streamlines the balance sheet, positioning the Group on a more resilient foundation for future growth.
