Following the recent announcement on the Movement Control Order (“MCO”) in several states including Selangor from 13 January 2021 to 26 January 2021, we would like to assure customers that services offered by Dagang NeXchange Berhad (“DNeX”) in particular the National Single Window (“NSW”) for Trade Facilitation will operate as usual throughout the MCO.

Please be informed that Royal Malaysia Customs Department (RMCD) technical problem has been resolved.

SMK SERVICE DISRUPTION

Due to Royal Malaysia Customs Department (RMCD) technical problem, Sistem Maklumat Kastam (SMK) is experiencing service disruption.

NOTIFICATION FROM JABATAN KASTAM DIRAJA MALAYSIA – CANCELLATION OF TRANSACTION TYPE (FD) ON RTV TRADE / IMPORTATION INTO DUTY-FREE ISLAND.

The trade / importation of cigarettes, tobacco products, electronic and non-electronic cigarette devices including vape and nicotine-free liquids / gels used in electronic cigarettes (RTV) in all Duty Free Islands (PBC) and Free Zone (Retail Business) will be subject to duty / tax from 1st January 2021 (Friday).

NOTIFICATION: CLOSING OF OPERATION HOURS FOR FREE TRADE ZONE DEPARTMENT AND DANGEROUS GOODS DEPARTMENT (PKA) ON 27 DECEMBER 2020

This is to informed that the Engineering Department, PKA will carry out electrical maintenance exercise at PKA Headquarters on 27 December 2020 (Sunday) from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm. JZB (FT) and JDB (DG) counter services at PKA Headquarters will be closed during that period

NOTIFICATION : SCHEDULE DOWNTIME FOR ADVANCE MANIFEST SYSTEM (AFR)

There will be system maintenance activity taking placeby AFR Japan System vendor which will result to Advance Manifest System (AFR) will be temporarily unavailable on 21 December 2020 (Monday) at 12.30pm till 1.30pm

UPDATE: NOTIFICATION ON CHANGES TO THE EPCO SYSTEM TO SUPPORT FULL UTILISATION OF ASEAN TRADE IN GOODS AGREEMENT (ATIGA) ELECTRONIC FORM D (e-FORM D)

We refer to the previous announcement on above subject made on 27 November 2020 & 30 November 2020. Please be informed that the deployment exercise for above changes in ePCO system will take place on 16 December 2020 (Wednesday) at around 18:00. The changes will be effective upon the deployment of the solution.
