In conjunction with the 2025 Eid Al-Fitr celebration, the ePCO and ePERMIT systems will be temporarily closed and will reopen for operation according to the schedule below:

MITI’S Office: Kuala Lumpur, Perak, Pulau Pinang, Johor, Pahang, Kelantan, Melaka, Sabah and Sarawak
Date and Time of the System Closure: 29th March 2025 (Saturday) from 12.00 am until 3rd April 2025 (Thursday) 7.59 am
Date and Time of the System Resume Operation: 3rd April 2025 (Thursday) at 8.00 am

Please be informed that the intermittent technical issues affecting the National Single Window (NSW) system, as previously communicated, remain unresolved. Users may still experience disruptions or delays in accessing the following services:

Please be informed of errors that may affect eManifest (EMS) users: Errors T18, MA5, and MA9.

Please be informed that the deployment of the new modules for the ePermit STA system, originally scheduled for 22nd March 2025 has been postponed. The updated schedule will be communicated in due course.

Please be informed that all ALDEC declarations, eManifest and Permits are still unresolved. As a result, please anticipate delays in processing and responses.

Please be informed that as of today, 21st March 2025, the technical issue affecting Dagang Net services, including declarations, manifests, duty payments, and permits are stabilizing.

Please be informed that the Dagang Net technical issue affecting declarations, manifests, duty payments, and permits still persists. The technical issue, which began on 19th March 2025 at 11:00 am is still being worked on.
