Effective 29 June 2020 until further notice, Malaysian exporters exporting to other ports in Myanmar except Yangon port (Port code MMRGN) may submit the paper-based ATIGA Form D with electronically affixed signature and seal to their importers and no longer need to be physically present at the MITI Service Counter for manual endorsement.
