Reference made to the above subject, where this is to inform that Royal Malaysian Customs Department will implement deployment activities in the production environment on Sunday, 16 August 2020 (08:00hrs until 13:00hrs) for touchpoints as below:

I. Journey
II. Manifest
III. Customs Declaration
IV. Vessel Registration
V. Ship Clearance
VI. VEP

During these five (5) hours schedule downtime, the uCustoms System will not be accessible. Plan ahead your activities and transactions to minimize disruption to your business operations.

NOTIFICATION OF SYSTEM RESUMPTION FOR APPLICATIONS OF PREFERENTIAL CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN (PCO) UNDER ASEAN TRADE IN GOODS AGREEMENT (ATIGA) TO ASEAN MEMBER STATES DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUE IN MALAYSIA’S ASW GATEWAY

With reference to the attached announcement by MITI. Please be informed that the system for transmitting and receiving electronic Form D (e-Form D) under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) has resumed normal operation as of 1 July 2025. This follows the earlier disruption caused by a technical issue in Malaysia’s ASW Gateway, which began on 8 June 2025.
