Effective that date, Windows 7 and Windows 8 will no longer be supported for the ALDEC framework. Please upgrade your devices to Windows 10 or a later version to ensure continued compatibility and support.

Please be informed that we are currently experiencing intermittent system inaccessibility. As a result, you may have difficulties accessing ALDEC, ePermit, ePermit-STA, ePCO, eManifest, myPayment, and myDagangnet. Our team is actively working to resolve the issue.

We wish to inform you that there will be scheduled deployment activities for the ePermit STA system, which will include enhancements to the STA services and security features (CAPTCHA & OTP). Please refer to the attached user guidelines for detailed information.

The deployment is anticipated to take approximately four (4) hours. During this period, the ePermit STA service accessible at https://newsta.dagangnet.com.my/ will be unavailable. The maintenance window is scheduled for Saturday, August 10, 2024, from 08:30 am to 12:30 pm.
