Due to suspected technical problem at Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD), all affected customers please be informed of the following:
All affected customers nationwide, please revert to manual submission for urgent K3/K8/declarations & permit from 18 August 2021 (16:30hours until further notice).
All affected customers submitting to stations at KLIA, FTKL, Pahang, Terengganu & Kelantan please revert to manual submission for urgent K1/K2/K3/K8/K9/Manifest/Permit and Payment from 18 August 2021 (16:30hours until further notice).

NOTIFICATION : FINAL ISSUANCE OF FORM A GENERALIZED SYSTEM OF PREFERENCES (GSP) FOR EXPORTATION TO RUSSIA, BELARUS AND KAZAKHSTAN
Effective on 12 October 2021, the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) will no longer issue Form A GSP exportation to Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.

Reference made to the above subject, where this is to inform that there will be a new deployment activity for ePermit-SIRIM COA Waste & Scrap (SRW). The deployment will take about four (4) hours of schedule downtime, therefore New Epermit System https://newepermit.dagangnet.com.my/ will not be available from : Saturday, 31st July 2021 (15.00 hours to 19:00 hours).
