WAN AHMAD SYATIBI WAN ABD MANAN
Wan Ahmad Syatibi Wan Abd Manan is Chief Executive Officer and Director of Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd (Dagang Net). He has led assignments in trade strategies and improvement, information systems planning and large scale project management. Part of his impressive credentials include being involved in the ASEAN Single Window (ASW) for Trade Facilitation, a unique regional initiative that connects and integrates National Single Windows of ASEAN member states to expedite cargo clearance within the context of increased economic integration in the ASEAN region.
Wan Ahmad Syatibi is also well versed in identifying and assessing the requirements of permit agencies, and putting up recommendations for business re-engineering processes for Permit Issuing Agencies.
Prior to this, he was Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Dagang Net where he played a key role in negotiating with the Government of Malaysia for the implementation of Malaysia’s National Single Window (NSW) for Trade Facilitation. He effectively managed the roll out of all six core services of the NSW namely ePCO, ePermit, ePermitSTA, eManifest, eDeclare and ePayment.
He embarked on an IT career when he joined Dagang Net in 1997 as Systems Executive in Security & Quality Management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Coventry University, UK.
Chief Operating Officer
ASVINDER KAUR a/p ASHA SINGH
Asvinder Kaur a/p Asha Singh is Chief Operating Officer of Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd (Dagang Net). She is responsible to lead, motivate, train and supervise Service Management personnel thus ensuring all Customer contacts are answered promptly and consistently in accordance to stipulated performance standards.
She plays a pivotal role in development and implementation of operations strategy, policies and loyalty programmes, and long-term planning geared toward operational excellence. In addition, she takes the lead in measurement and effectiveness of Service Management processes, and improvement of these processes to maintain the quality and service level as expected by the customers.
Asvinder has more than 21 years of experience in Service Management including management of after sales support for eServices provided by Dagang Net for the National Single Window (NSW) for Trade Facilitation.
She regularly speaks at the company’s Customer Engagement programmes and serves as a key member of Dagang Net’s Task Force for NSW operational matters. Asvinder holds Masters in Business Administration from Asia E University.
