Please be informed that PKA (eDCFZ) technical problem has been resolved for ZB2, ZB3, ZB4 and Dangerous Goods declarations. All customers may now revert to electronic submission. For previous date declarations without responses, please contact Careline.

At the same time, please be informed that you are advised to continue reverting to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for ZB1 declarations until further notice.
