After taking into consideration the feedback that we received from the industry and stakeholders, please be noted that the IT infrastructure refresh exercise will be conducted with the following details:

Date: 17th September 2022 (Saturday) – 18th September 2022 (Sunday)
Time: 6.00 pm (Saturday) until 6.00 am (Sunday)
Duration: 12 hours

During these 12 hours scheduled downtime, the following services will be unavailable:

To minimize disruption to your business operations, you are advised to:

1. Plan ahead on your activities and transactions
2. Avoid any activities and submissions within two (2) hours prior to the downtime
3. Print all regulatory documents ahead of the downtime as access to all systems will not be available

Further updates on the initiative and activities will be distributed from time to time as we approach the implementation date.

Please be informed that Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd (Dagang Net) will be performing an IT infrastructure refresh exercise involving the upgrade of servers and network equipment currently servicing the National Single Windows (NSW) and other value added services offered by us.

We understand the importance of positive service experience and this initiative is our commitment to all our valued customers in ensuring towards first-rate quality as well as high performing products and security for continuous business operations of the industry and the country.

Details of the implementation is as per the following:

Time: 0800 until 2000 hours (08.00 am until 08.00 pm)
Duration: 12 hours

NOTIFICATION: INTERUPTION OF POWER SUPPLY DUE TO GENSET ON LOAD TEST AT FCZ BUILDING, KLIA

Please be informed that the Building Services (Ancillary) Engineering Division will be conducting a Genset On-Load Test at the FCZ Building, KLIA, on Sunday, 12th January 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During this period, there will be no normal power supply for a duration of 1 hour. However, the essential power supply will be available within 10 seconds.
