NOTIFICATION OF SYSTEM DOWNTIME FOR PORT KLANG AUTHORITY - DISASTER RECOVERY EXERCISE

With reference to the attached email from Port Klang Authority (PKA), we are pleased to inform you of a scheduled service disruption to the eDCFZ system during the following dates and times:

I. Activity (Switch from Production Server to Disaster Recovery Server)
   Date: Friday, 18th April 2025
   Time: 8:00 PM
   Expected Downtime: Approximately 3 hours

II. Activity (Switch from Disaster Recovery Server to Production Server)
    Date: Saturday, 19th April 2025
    Time: 1:00 AM
    Expected Duration: Approximately 2 hours

To minimize any potential disruption to your operations, we kindly advise you to avoid performing any transactions related to Dangerous Cargo and Free Zone at least two (2) hours before the scheduled downtime.
