Official notification from Royal Malaysian Customs Department(RMCD) with regards to SMK service disruption due to maintenance work at RMCD data centre as below:

Date / Time : 20 May 2018 - Sunday (04:00hours) until (12:00hours)

All users nationwide, please anticipate to experienced a temporary disruption for all Customs declarations/manifest/payment and permits.

To minimize disruption to your business operations, you are advised to:

1.    plan ahead your activities and transactions
2.    avoid any activities and transaction one (1) hour  prior to the downtime

NOTIFICATION OF ASW GATEWAY DOWNTIME IMPACTING APPLICATIONS OF PREFERENTIAL CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN (PCO) UNDER ASEAN TRADE IN GOODS AGREEMENT (ATIGA) TO ASEAN MEMBER STATES

Please be informed that Malaysia has been experiencing a technical disruption at the ASEAN Single Window (ASW) Gateway due to B2Bi service issues in the production environment since 3rd February 2026. As a result, the transmission and receipt of electronic Form D (e-Form D) under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) are temporarily unavailable. During this period, the Malaysian authority has reverted to the issuance of hardcopy Form D until further notice.
