With reference to the above subject, following are the information that we received from the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) personnel

Please be informed that Building Services – Ancillary Building Engineering Division will be carrying out the Genset ON Load Test at FCZ Building, KLIA from Sunday, 7 August 2022 (1000hrs until 1700hrs). No Normal Supply within 1 hour and Essential Power Supply will be available after 10 seconds.

Please be informed that technical issue has been rectified. All affected customers may now receive responses and service is currently operating as usual.

Due to suspected technical problem, all affected Johor, Melaka and Negeri Sembilan users please anticipate delayed responses for K1, K2 & K9.

For urgent declaration please revert to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) from 22nd July 2022 (20:00hours until further notice).

Due to telecommunication problem at Westport (B18), all customers are advise to revert to SOP for approval / assessment process for K1, K2, K8 & K9 from Monday, 4th July 2022 (23:00hrs) to further notice.
