RESUMPTION OF SERVICE – RCC JOHOR

We are pleased to inform you that the technical issue has been resolved. You are now able to submit your declaration and retrieve your responses electronically.

With reference to the announcement below, we are currently experiencing technical issues affecting Johor, Melaka, and Negeri Sembilan communities (K1/K2/K9). As a result, all affected users are advised to revert to the manual Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) until further notice.

Please be informed that there is a suspected technical problem affecting declarations for RCC JOHOR, as per the following details:

Date: Wednesday, 17th July 2024
Time/Duration: Unti further notice
Affected Communities: Johor, Melaka & Negeri Sembilan – K1/K2/K9

Please be informed that Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd will be performing a deployment activity, with the following details:

Date : 11th July 2024 (Thursday)
Time : 10.00 pm – 12 midnight
Duration : 2 hours
Affected Communities/Transactions: Malaysia Maritime Single Window (MMSW)

Please be informed that Building Services – Ancillary Building Engineering Division will be carrying out the Genset ON Load Test at FCZ Building, KLIA on Sunday, 14th July 2024 from (1000hrs until 1700hrs). No Normal Supply within 1 hour and Essential Power Supply will be available after 10 seconds.

With reference to the attached email from Port Klang Authority (PKA), please be informed that there will be a disruption in eDCFZ services during the following date and times:

I. Configuration Activity (exchange from production server to DR server – failover).
Date: 12/7/2024 (Friday)
Time: 8.00 pm
Expected downtime: 3 hours.

II. Configuration Activity (exchange from DR server to production server – fallback recovery).
Date: 13/7/2024 (Sabtu)
Time: 12 Midnight
Expected exchange time: 2 hours.
