NOTIFICATION OF SYSTEM RESUMPTION FOR APPLICATIONS OF PREFERENTIAL CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN (PCO) UNDER ASEAN TRADE IN GOODS AGREEMENT (ATIGA) TO ASEAN MEMBER STATES DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUE IN MALAYSIA’S ASW GATEWAY

With reference to the attached announcement by MITI.

Please be informed that the system for transmitting and receiving electronic Form D (e-Form D) under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) has resumed normal operation as of 1 July 2025. This follows the earlier disruption caused by a technical issue in Malaysia’s ASW Gateway, which began on 8 June 2025.

NOTIFICATION: INTERRUPTION OF POWER SUPPLY AT CUSTOM 11KV SUBSTATION (CUS), KLIA

Please be informed that the EPS Engineering Division will be carrying out corrective maintenance works for the TX at the Custom 11kV Substation (CUS), FCZ Building, KLIA, on Sunday, 17 May 2026, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For further information, please refer to the attached circular from Cargo Management FCZ.

ANNOUNCEMENT: IMPLEMENTATION OF PRODUCT SPECIFIC RULES (PSR) UNDER AKFTA (HS 2022)

Please be informed that the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI) will implement the updated Product Specific Rules (PSR) under the ASEAN–Korea Free Trade Area (AKFTA), in line with the transition from HS 2017 to HS 2022, effective 1 May 2026.
