ANNOUCEMENT: NEW FEATURE IN MYBILLING PORTAL – PAST DOCUMENT

We are pleased to announce the upcoming launch of a new feature in the MyBilling Portal, namely “Past Document.”

The new “Past Document” feature will be deployed on 21st September 2026 and allows customers to self-request billing documents that are no longer available within the standard three (3)-month document display period in the MyBilling Portal.

1. Document Availability
For documents that are more than three (3) months, customers may use the “Past Document” menu to submit their requests. Documents issued from 2018 onwards are available for request through this feature.

2. Document Request
Customers are required to submit their requests through the “Past Document” menu in the MyBilling Portal. Each requested document is subject to a fee of RM10.80 per document, inclusive of 8% SST.

3. Payment Method
Payment for the requested documents can be made through the following methods:

3.1. Online Payment – Payment can be made directly through the available online payment option.

3.2. Manual Payment – Manual payment is subject to approval by Dagang Net. Once the payment has been approved, customers will be able to view and download the requested documents.
