NOTIFICATION OF DELAYED RESPONSES FOR CUSTOMS DECLARATION - KLIA

Due to suspected technical problem at Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD), all affected customers please be informed of the following:

All affected customers nationwide, please revert to manual submission for urgent K3/K8/declarations & permit from 18 August 2021 (16:30hours until further notice).

All affected customers submitting to stations at KLIA, FTKL, Pahang, Terengganu & Kelantan please revert to manual submission for urgent K1/K2/K3/K8/K9/Manifest/Permit and Payment from 18 August 2021 (16:30hours until further notice).

NOTIFICATION OF SERVICE RESUMPTION: MALAYSIA MARITIME SINGLE WINDOW (MMSW)

Reference is made to our earlier notification on the scheduled system downtime. We are pleased to inform you that the deployment activity for the Malaysia Maritime Single Window (MMSW) has been successfully completed, and the system is now fully operational.

Please be informed that Dagang Net Technologies Sdn. Bhd. will be carrying out a deployment activity for the MMSW. Kindly refer to the attached Release Notes, which outline the improvements, and fixes included in this release. Date: Friday, 22 August 2025 until Saturday, 23 August 2025 Time: 11:30 pm (Friday) - 02:30 am (Saturday) Duration: 3 hours Affected Communities/Transactions: Malaysia Maritime Single Window (MMSW)

Please be informed that FPX (PayNet) services are currently unavailable. Customs duty and permit payments cannot be processed at the moment. For urgent payments, please proceed manually.
