Please be informed that Agent Details column in ePermit system shall be mandatory effective 1st August 2018

INSTRUCTION TO FILL IN AGENT INFORMATION IN ePERMIT SYSTEM

With reference to the attached letter from Department of Malaysian Quarantine and Inspection Services (MAQIS), please be informed that Agent Details column in ePermit system shall be mandatory effective 1st August 2018. This instruction applies to all permits issued by Department of Malaysian Quarantine and Inspection Services (MAQIS).

To avoid rejection or delay in permit issuance, please ensure Agent Details are completely filled in.
