NOTIFICATION ON REVOCATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER FOR TIMBER INDUSTRY LICENCE ISSUANCE (STIL)

Please be informed that the Sarawak Timber Industry (Licensing) Regulations, 2025 came into effect on 3rd March 2025. With the enforcement of these Regulations, all matters pertaining to the issuance and renewal of timber industry licences are now governed under the new regulatory framework.

Accordingly, the Administrative Order on the Issuance of Timber Industry Licence, which had been in force since 1st June 2023, has been revoked with effect from 3rd March 2025.
