NOTIFICATION: DELAY IN eFORM-D APPLICATIONS TO BE RECEIVED AT IMPORTING COUNTRIES

Reference made to the above subject, where regret to inform that currently there is a delay in receiving eForm-D applications at Importing Countries due to technical issues faced at ASEAN Single Window (ASW) Gateway. The issue is currently being attended by ASW Gateway Operator. Updates will be given upon the service has resume as usual.

Should the issue prolonged, further guidelines will be given on this matter.
