IMPORTANT: USER GUIDE FOR UPCOMING NEW EPERMIT SYSTEM DOWNTIME

Further to our earlier notification (Ref No: DNT/NSW/EPERMIT/20250829-001) regarding the scheduled downtime of the New ePermit system on 6th September 2025 (Saturday), from 1500 hours to 1900 hours (3:00 pm – 7:00 pm), we are pleased to share the User Guide related to the deployment, which is specifically applicable to SIRIM SRW and STIDC users.

Please be informed that there will be a maintenance activity for the New ePermit system. The details of the deployment are as follows:

To minimize disruption to your business operations, you are advised to:

1. Plan your activities and transactions in advance.
2. Avoid any activities or submissions within two (2) hours prior to the downtime.
3. Print all regulatory documents ahead of the downtime as access to the systems will not be available
