We are pleased to inform that ASEAN and The People’s Republic of China has agreed that the Upgrading Protocol which includes the Revision to the Rules of Origin text comprising of the Revised Product Specific Rules (PSR), Operational Certification Procedures (OCP) and Preferential Certificate of Origin (PCO Form E) is targeted to enter into force starting 1 August 2019.
