This is to inform that there will be system maintenance activity taking place in Malaysia’s ASW environment which will result to Malaysia’s ASW Gateway being temporarily down on 24 September 2021 (Friday) at 10.00 am till 6.00 pm (Malaysia time)

Reference made to the above subject, where this is to inform that the new deployment activity for iMAQIS will be carrying out on 21st September 2021. The deployment will take about four (4) hours of schedule downtime, therefore iMAQIS System https://imaqis.maqis.gov.my/ will not be available from : Tuesday, 21st September 2021 (20:00 hours) to Wednesday, 22nd September 2021 (00:00 hours).

Please be informed that the implementation of a new deployment activity for iMAQIS system is postponed until further notice.

All affected customers submitting to stations at KLIA, FTKL, Pahang, Terengganu & Kelantan please revert to manual submission for urgent K1/K2/K3/K8/K9/Manifest/Permit and Payment from 18 August 2021 (16:30hours until further notice).

Effective on 12 October 2021, the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) will no longer issue Form A GSP exportation to Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
