Please be informed that the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) has issued a circular dated 19 October 2026 regarding the electronic submission of Inward and Outward Manifests at ports.

NOTIFICATION OF SYSTEM DOWNTIME: MALAYSIA MARITIME SINGLE WINDOW (MMSW)

Please be informed that Dagang Net Technologies Sdn. Bhd will be carrying out a deployment and maintenance activity for the Malaysia Maritime Single Window (MMSW) system.

IMPLEMENTATION OF ePCO ACCOUNT BLOCKING MECHANISM EFFECTIVE 26 OCTOBER 2026

Please be informed that the ePCO Account Blocking mechanism will be implemented effective 26 October 2026.

Your ePCO service account will be automatically blocked when either of the following conditions is met, whichever occurs first:
• Accumulation of five (5) unpaid transactions with status Awaiting Payment; or
• An outstanding payment remains unpaid for more than five (5) days.

TEMPORARY POSTPONEMENT OF AGENT CODE Z VALIDATION FOR MANIFEST SUBMISSION (CUSTOMS FORM NO. 4)

Further to our previous announcement, please be informed that the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) has announced the temporary postponement of the implementation of Agent Code Z validation for Freight Forwarders in manifest submissions (Customs Form No. 4 ).

NOTIFICATIONS FROM THE ROYAL MALAYSIAN CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT – BUDGET 2027

Please be informed that, in conjunction with the Budget 2027 presentation, customs duty/tax payment and goods release will be temporarily suspended on:

Friday, 9 October 2026, from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

This suspension applies to both immediate and normal clearance procedures, except for passenger baggage, personal belongings and perishable goods.

SEA MANIFEST – NEW REQUIREMENT ON THE USAGE OF THE FOR FREIGHT FORWARDERS’ AGENT CODE

Pursuant to our previous announcement, dated 29th September 2026 regarding the new release pertaining to Sea Manifest system, please be informed that the Freight Forwarders’ Agent Code can only be used in the respective state of issuance for the submission of the House Bill of Lading (HBL).

SYSTEM DOWNTIME NOTIFICATION: ALDEC WEB

With reference to the above subject, please be informed that maintenance activities will be carried out for the ALDEC Web system.

During the downtime period, ALDEC Web users may experience difficulties accessing the system and will be unable to perform any transactions.

ANNOUCEMENT: NEW FEATURE IN MYBILLING PORTAL – PAST DOCUMENT

We are pleased to announce the upcoming launch of a new feature in the MyBilling Portal, namely “Past Document.”

The new “Past Document” feature will be deployed on 21st September 2026 and allows customers to self-request billing documents that are no longer available within the standard three (3)-month document display period in the MyBilling Portal.
