Please be informed that charges for the Air Manifest (AMS) transactions will be implemented effective 1 May 2026. This implementation will apply to all AMS users operating in Penang.

Please be informed, with reference to the attached circular and our previous announcement regarding the system downtime that began on 1 April 2026, that Malaysia’s ASW Gateway for sending and receiving electronic Form D (e-Form D) under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) has resumed normal operations as of 6 April 2026.

Please be informed that Malaysia is currently experiencing a technical disruption at the ASEAN Single Window (ASW) Gateway since 1 April 2026, caused by issues affecting the production environment. As a result, the transmission and receipt of electronic Form D (e-Form D) under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) with ASEAN Member States are temporarily unavailable.
