RESUMPTION OF SERVICE – NSW

We are pleased to inform you that the technical issue has been resolved. You may now proceed to submit and retrieve responses electronically as usual.

Reference is made to our earlier notification regarding the technical issue affecting the National Single Window (NSW).

In response to the ongoing issue, please be informed that all urgent shipments are to be processed in accordance with the manual SOP until further notice. This, however, remains subject to the discretion of the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) and other relevant authorities.

NOTIFICATION OF DELAYED RESPONSES – NSW

Please be informed that a suspected technical issue is affecting the National Single Window (NSW) services.
This may result in delayed responses.

We are pleased to inform you that the technical issue has been resolved. You may now submit your ZB and DG declarations electronically.

Please be informed that Port Klang Authority is currently experiencing a hardware issue that is affecting ZB and DG declarations. For urgent declarations, kindly follow the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) until further notice.

Pursuant to the announcement below and attached point No 2, all agents are reminded to ensure verification of vessel profile is done before proceeding with submission of any transactions.

Please ensure vessel details are checked effective 08 September 2025, as we will be deploying updates to vessel details in the MMSW system. Editing of some essential information will no longer be allowed.

Further to our earlier notification (Ref No: DNT/NSW/EPERMIT/20250829-001) regarding the scheduled downtime of the New ePermit system on 6th September 2025 (Saturday), from 1500 hours to 1900 hours (3:00 pm – 7:00 pm), we are pleased to share the User Guide related to the deployment, which is specifically applicable to SIRIM SRW and STIDC users.
