We are pleased to inform you that the Malaysia Exchange Hub (MEH) system issue affecting the display of e-Form D from ASEAN countries has been resolved. The system is now fully operational, and e-Form D can be viewed and processed as usual.

SERVICE DISRUPTION: MALAYSIA EXCHANGE HUB (MEH) - E-FORM D DISPLAY ISSUE

Please be informed that the Malaysia Exchange Hub (MEH) system is currently experiencing technical issues. As a result, the system is unable to display e-Form D sent to Malaysia from ASEAN countries starting from 8 August 2025 until further notice.

In the meantime, manually issued Form D with complete information will be accepted during import assessment to support the ATIGA Preferential Tariff Treatment.
