NOTIFICATION: SYSTEM DOWNTIME FOR ATIGA APPLICATIONS ON MALAYSIA’S ASEAN SINGLE WINDOW (ASW) GATEWAY DUE TO TECHNICAL DISRUPTION

Please be informed that due to a technical issue with Malaysia’s ASEAN Single Window (ASW) Gateway, the transmission and receipt of electronic Form D (e-Form D) under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) has been disrupted since 8 June 2025.

NOTIFICATION: SYSTEM DOWNTIME FOR ATIGA APPLICATIONS ON MALAYSIA’S ASEAN SINGLE WINDOW (ASW) GATEWAY DUE TO TECHNICAL DISRUPTION

Please be informed that due to a technical issue with Malaysia’s ASEAN Single Window (ASW) Gateway, the transmission and receipt of electronic Form D (e-Form D) under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) has been disrupted since 8 June 2025.

As a temporary measure, Malaysia will issue hardcopy Form D until further notice.

Traders and exporters are advised to refer to the attached announcement from MITI for detailed steps to be taken in the following scenarios:

• Scenario 1: For approved e-Form D where importers are facing clearance issues.
• Scenario 2: For new applications not yet submitted.
