NOTIFICATION ON ADDITIONAL PORTS IN THE REPUBLIC OF THE UNION OF MYANMAR TO ACCEPT ATIGA e-FORM D

Reference made to the above subject

Please be inform that effective from 4 April 2022, there will be six (6) additional ports in the Republic of the Union of Myanmar (Myanmar), for the ATIGA e-Form D exchange. Thus, there will be a total of eight (8) ports in Myanmar that can accept the ATIGA e-Form D.

NOTIFICATION OF SYSTEM RESUMPTION FOR APPLICATIONS OF PREFERENTIAL CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN (PCO) UNDER ASEAN TRADE IN GOODS AGREEMENT (ATIGA) TO ASEAN MEMBER STATES DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUE IN MALAYSIA’S ASW GATEWAY

With reference to the attached announcement by MITI. Please be informed that the system for transmitting and receiving electronic Form D (e-Form D) under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) has resumed normal operation as of 1 July 2025. This follows the earlier disruption caused by a technical issue in Malaysia’s ASW Gateway, which began on 8 June 2025.
