NOTIFICATION OF SYSTEM DOWNTIME FOR PORT KLANG AUTHORITY - DISASTER RECOVERY EXERCISE

With reference to the attached email from Port Klang Authority (PKA), please be informed that there will be a service disruption in eDCFZ services during the following date and times:

I. Configuration Activity (exchange from production server to DR server - Failover).
Date: 26/5/2023 (Friday)
Time: 9:00pm – 12:00pm
Expected downtime: 3 hours.

II. Configuration Activity (exchange from DR server to production server - Fallback Recovery).
Date: 28/5/2023 (Sunday)
Time: 9:00pm – 11:00pm
Expected exchange time: 2 hours.

To minimize disruption to your business operations, you are advised to:

1. avoid any activities and transaction (Dangerous Cargo/Free Zone) two (2) hours prior to the scheduled disruption.
