Reference is made to the above subject. Please be informed that effective 27th October 2021 – (10:00 hours) all inactive or expired establishment number will not be displayed at http://epermit.dagangnet.com for permit application purposes.

All affected MAQIS DVS customers are advised to contact DVS Putrajaya should you encounter any of the following while applying for Permit:

1. Expired establishment number cannot be selected, or
2. The selected establishment number has expired

Alternatively you may check the list of “Approved Overseas Plants & Abattoirs” (Establishment Number) via: http://www.dvs.gov.my/index.php/pages/view/299,
