NOTIFICATION : ANNOUNCEMENT ON MALAYSIA’S ASEAN SINGLE WINDOW (ASW) GATEWAY BEING DOWN

Please be informed that Malaysia’s ASW gateway is currently experiencing some issues, and currently in the process to be resolved by the Gateway Operator.

During this period, Malaysia will not be able to send and receive ATIGA e-Form Ds and related responses. Once the issue has been resolved, normal operation of the gateway will resume. Further updates will be given accordingly.

NOTIFICATION: INTERUPTION OF POWER SUPPLY DUE TO GENSET ON LOAD TEST AT FCZ BUILDING, KLIA

Please be informed that the Building Services (Ancillary) Engineering Division will be conducting a Genset On-Load Test at the FCZ Building, KLIA, on Sunday, 9th February 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During this period, there will be no normal power supply for a duration of 1 hour. However, the essential power supply will be available within 10 seconds.
