Following the recent announcement on the Movement Control Order (“MCO”) in several states including Selangor from 13 January 2021 to 26 January 2021, we would like to assure customers that services offered by Dagang NeXchange Berhad (“DNeX”) in particular the National Single Window (“NSW”) for Trade Facilitation will operate as usual throughout the MCO.

Customers of NSW and related services are highly encouraged to use Dagang Net’s Customer Portal (https://www.mydagangnet.com/), email (careline@dagangnet.com) and Live Chat (https://www.mydagangnet.com/) to get in touch with our officers for any inquiries or contact Dagang Net Careline at 1 300 133 133.

Other customers are encouraged to leverage on telecommunications and online channels such as email and virtual meetings to engage with us.

NOTIFICATION: INTERUPTION OF POWER SUPPLY DUE TO GENSET ON LOAD TEST AT FCZ BUILDING, KLIA

Please be informed that the Building Services (Ancillary) Engineering Division will be conducting a Genset On-Load Test at the FCZ Building, KLIA, on Sunday, 9th February 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During this period, there will be no normal power supply for a duration of 1 hour. However, the essential power supply will be available within 10 seconds.
