Cyberjaya, 6 December 2021 - Dagang NeXchange Berhad (“DNeX”) has announced the appointment of Muhammad Radhi Azizan and Tun Noor Shahya Tun Abdul Razak to its board of directors effective 6 December 2021. Muhammad Radhi Azizan will serve as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director while Tun Noor Shahya Tun Abdul Razak will serve as Independent Non-Executive Director of DNeX.

“We are pleased to welcome Muhammad Radhi and Tun Noor Shahya to our Board of Directors. With a breadth of expertise ranging from law to finance, and audit, the new board members can bring years of experience and leadership to support the Group’s transformation efforts,” said Tan Sri Syed Zainal Abidin Syed Mohamed Tahir, Group Managing Director of DNeX.

Muhammad Radhi Azizan is a litigator with more than 10 years of experience in the Malaysian law and a forte in the area of capital market offences.

He is the founding Partner at Messrs. Radhi Azizan where he assists clients in the area of commercial litigation, civil litigation, defamation, and company law and shareholder disputes.

He began his career as a Prosecuting Officer at Securities Commission Malaysia after being recruited as a Pupilage at Messrs. Thomas Philip. He then left to join Messrs. Skrine & Co as an Advocate and Solicitor.

He holds a Bachelor of Law from Universiti Teknologi Mara, Shah Alam.

Tun Noor Shahya Tun Abdul Razak has over 20 years of work experience in finance and audit where she previously held the position of Vice President, Finance & Revenue Management and Human Resource Management of Express Rail Link Sdn Bhd, the company that owns and operates the airport rail link of the same name that connects the Kuala Lumpur International Airport with the Kuala Lumpur Sentral transportation hub, a post she held since 2006.

She began her career as an Accounts Assistant at Higgins Hire and Sales Centre in the United Kingdom for over three years. Upon her return to Malaysia, she joined Messrs. E.S. Lim and Co as an Audit Assistant before joining KPMG Public Accountants where her last post was an Audit Supervisor.

Subsequently, she was appointed as an Accountant at Cosmo Restaurants Sdn Bhd where she was responsible for the preparation of Financial Accounting Statements and Management Reports, yearly budget preparations and controls, reviewing the company’s internal control and co-ordination of the company’s yearly audit, tax planning and annual return submission.

She holds a Bachelor of Accounting from University of Lincolnshire & Humberside and received her accounting certification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”), United Kingdom. She is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (“MIA”).

NOTIFICATION: INTERUPTION OF POWER SUPPLY DUE TO GENSET ON LOAD TEST AT FCZ BUILDING, KLIA

Please be informed that the Building Services (Ancillary) Engineering Division will be conducting a Genset On-Load Test at the FCZ Building, KLIA, on Sunday, 15th June 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During this period, there will be no normal power supply for a duration of 1 hour. However, the essential power supply will be available within 10 seconds.
