DAGANG NET OPERATIONAL UPDATES ON MOVEMENT CONTROL ORDER BY THE GOVERNMENT OF MALAYSIA, EFFECTIVE FROM 18th – 31 MARCH 2020

Due to the announcement by the government of Malaysia on Monday 16 March 2020, on the nationwide 14-day Movement Control Order from 18th – 31st March 2020, the management of Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd (Dagang Net) has decided on the following measures to take place during the said period:

1. Dagang Net Careline Number, 1 300 133 133 will operate as normal. However, due to some re-alignment during the Movement Restriction Order period, you are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to utilise other means of communication as below;
a. Dagang Net’s Customer Portal (https://www.mydagangnet.com/),
b. Email (careline@dagangnet.com) and
Live Chat (https://www.mydagangnet.com/).

2. Adjustment of operation channels as per the following:
a. Counter service at Bangsar South will be closed temporarily,
b. Cancelling the scheduled classroom trainings and replacing them with online trainings (confirmed participants will be notified accordingly),
c. Performing the onsite support service using appropriate tools / applications.

We would like to assure you that all transactions will not be affected with the adjustment that will be taking place and all our services will remain operational.

NOTIFICATION: INTERUPTION OF POWER SUPPLY DUE TO GENSET ON LOAD TEST AT FCZ BUILDING, KLIA

Please be informed that the Building Services (Ancillary) Engineering Division will be conducting a Genset On-Load Test at the FCZ Building, KLIA, on Sunday, 9th February 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During this period, there will be no normal power supply for a duration of 1 hour. However, the essential power supply will be available within 10 seconds.
