ANNOUNCEMENT: POSTPONEMENT OF NEW REGULATORY PROCEDURES FOR THE IMPORTATION OF CRYSTAL SUGAR AND WHITE SUGAR

Please be informed, referring to the attached circular from the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living, the implementation of the two-stage import permit application procedure for white sugar or crystal sugar has been postponed until further notice.

However, all existing requirements remain applicable. Kindly refer to the circular for full details, including but not limited to product specifications, Certificate of Analysis (COA), and Customs tariff code confirmation letter requirements.
