ANNOUNCEMENT ON SECURITY ENHANCEMENT

Reference is made to the above subject

Dagang Net will be carrying out an enhancement exercise of security feature on our products and services. This is to ensure that all our products and services are aligned with the latest trend of protecting customers data.

The security enhancement exercise will be done in stages, commencing from 29th March 2023, on mydagangnet.com (www.mydagangnet.com) and Admin user id’s.

Below are the changes that you will experience for mydagangnet.com after the deployment date:

1. If the password is incorrectly entered more than 6 times, the Username will be temporarily locked.
2. To unlock and reset Username, please contact Careline for assistance.
