ANNOUNCEMENT: IMPLEMENTATION OF ‘ATIGA E-FORM D INSIDE THE COMMON HEADER’ LIVE OPERATION

Reference made to the above subject.

We wish to inform you on the implementation of live operation of ATIGA e-Form D inside the Common Header to all Asean Member Countries on 28th April 2025 at 00.00 (GMT+7).

The following table details the deployment activities to take place for:

i. EPCO-ATIGA SYSTEM
ii. EXCHANGE HUB SYSTEM

During this period, all incoming messages from ASW will be queued for processing. Normal operation of the gateway shall resume once the exercise completed.

To minimize disruption to your business operations, you are advised to:

1. Plan your activities and transactions in advance.
2. Avoid any activities or submissions within two (2) hours prior to the activity. No application will be processed starting this cut off time.
