ANNOUNCEMENT: FULL IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MALAYSIA MARITIME SINGLE WINDOW (MMSW) SYSTEM AT PORT KLANG

Reference is made to the attached announcement from Port Klang Authority (PKA).

Please be informed that effective 10th June 2024, all transactions involving ship arrivals and departures at Port Klang will be carried out exclusively using the MMSW System. Manual transactions will no longer be permitted.

NOTIFICATION OF SYSTEM DOWNTIME FOR APPLICATIONS OF PREFERENTIAL CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN (PCO) UNDER ASEAN TRADE IN GOODS AGREEMENT (ATIGA) TO ASEAN MEMBER STATES DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUE IN MALAYSIA’S ASW GATEWAY

Please be informed that Malaysia is currently experiencing a technical disruption at the ASEAN Single Window (ASW) Gateway since 1 April 2026, caused by issues affecting the production environment. As a result, the transmission and receipt of electronic Form D (e-Form D) under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) with ASEAN Member States are temporarily unavailable.
